Vintage Holt Howard Christmas Santa Hold Merry XMAS Sign Japan Figurine MCM

This one has got to be one of the cutest Holt Howard pieces I have ever seen!! A  jolly Santa Claus with his little mint green mittens is holding a sign that says Merry X’mas and he has his iconic curly q beard and is winking!! This little darling measures approx. 2.5" tall without the wire and sign in his hands. The wire is still intact but is a little loose after all these years, the paper sign is intact but has some creasing. Santa is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, no cracks, no damage, minimal age-related wear and minor paint wear, minimal crazing, his colors are bright and the glaze is still shiny. He retains his original gold foil HH label. Rare Holt Howard pieces like this don’t come around very often and this one has been loving cared for in a collector cabinet. This little guy is adorable!!
