Customers who wish to return an item must contact us and ship the item back to us within 7 days of receipt. The returned item must be in its original condition: unworn, free of any smells, stains, holes, or damage. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that we only refund the cost of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
