Rare! Vintage Holt Howard 1959 Christmas Shopper Girl Candleholders Japan MCM Kitsch

This is an exceptionally rare and hard-to-find set of Holt Howard Ceramic Candleholders, featuring the iconic Christmas Shopper Girls.

Each elegant blonde haired Shopper Girl has big eyes and long eyelashes and is dressed in a festive red dress and beret, accented with gold spaghetti trim for that extra holiday charm. Their green checkered scarves add a touch of coziness, while their mint green gloves skillfully balance six meticulously detailed presents.

This set is made in Japan circa 1959 by Holt Howard, these  masterpieces are marked with gold foil sticker and 'HH' and stamped (C) 1959 HOLT HOWARD.

Dimensions:
* Each Girl measures 3.75" tall x 3" wide and holds small 0.5" candles.

Condition:
* Remarkably clean, with minimal candle wax residue.
* No chips or cracks.
* Minor wear: tiny paint loss on one girl and small missing portions of spaghetti trim on the berets pompoms of both, which do not detract from the overall charm and magnificence.
